A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE WONDERFUL TEAM FROM OPTUM!
We want to say a very heartfelt thank you to the amazing team of volunteers from Optum who recently spent the day at our Cara service, giving the communal courtyards a fantastic makeover.
From the moment they arrived, the team didn’t stop! They got stuck straight in, painting pergolas and planters, tidying, refreshing and transforming the outdoor spaces that are enjoyed by the people we support and their families.
These courtyards are so much more than outdoor spaces. They provide a peaceful sanctuary where people can spend time outdoors, relax and enjoy precious moments with their loved ones.
The care, energy and enthusiasm the Optum team brought to the day was incredible, and the difference they have made is clear to see.
Thank you for giving your time, your energy and your care to St. Michael’s House. Your generosity and hard work have created beautiful spaces that will be enjoyed for a long time to come.
We are so grateful for everything you did and for the wonderful job you made of it.
Thank you, Optum — you were absolute stars! Check out their work here!
